Who we are
Manitrax was founded by the owners of Concretio Oy and Analyse Systems Finland Oy. Concretio has run specialized software for HR processes for over a decade with great success. Analyse Systems Finland is the market leader in innovative software for tracking purchase data in the retail market.
Our approach to developing process software is to involve the customers deeply into the design process. We believe that often less is more - i.e. the software must be intuitive enough to use by a common user with no training required. A software has to solve the main challenges in order to deliver the maximum cost-benefit ratio.
The aim is always to develop software, where processes can be managed more efficiently and with less human error.
How it all got started
The challenges in managing capital expenditure projects came up in conversations with our existing customers. They were having a hard time keeping up to date with all planned and existing capex projects. These were handled via Excel sheets and emails. The data wasnt up to date and a lot of manual effort went into tracking information.
They asked us to investigate whether the capex process could be automated. We took the bull by the horns and came up with a proposal - which they liked. We started to twist code and had the software ready for them in less than a year.
Manitrax was founded.
